The EUG conference is scheduled for Monday, September 11th through Thursday, September 14th, at The Sheraton Hotel in Salt Lake City. Check-in will be open first thing Monday morning.   We will have a few vendors offering a free pre-conference session that will start Monday morning and you will be able to register through the EUG registration online this year. The EUG conference will officially kickoff Monday afternoon after lunch with ECi Representatives.  The Sheraton is offering room rates starting at $169/night based on room type.

We realize that plans sometimes change.  In the event you need to cancel your registration, we offer a full refund for cancelations 60 or more days before the conference.  Cancelations up to 15 days before the start of the conference will receive 50% refund.  No refunds will be processed for cancelations inside 15 days before the start of the conference.
