Welcome to the E-Automate Users Group Website. For Tips on how to best use this resource, go to "EUG Website Tips" from the Home menu selection at the top menu or click here.
All the action takes place within discussion Groups found under the "Groups" menu selection above. We have divided the discussion groups into operational functions within e-automate, and you have the option of choosing which groups you wish to post topics and/or comment on other users posting by joining that specific Group. You have to Join a Group Discussion area before you can post to that section...but you can join / leave these discussion groups as you choose. We do ask that you try to post your Topics in the group discussion area that is most appropriate for your question, as this will maximize the responses/assistance you seek. In other words, posting a Service Question within the Accounting group means that only people who are subscribing to that Accounting Group will be notified of your request for help, and none of the Service people (from whom you are seeking help) would be aware of your posting because they subscribed to the Service group only perhaps.
The Tips page mentioned above provides instructions on how to subscribe to the discussion groups you've joined so that you can be notified of new postings. You can subscribe to get email notifications, or you can setup an RSS newsfeed which keeps track for you within Outlook or your Browser of postings you have not read so that you can easily check all new postings at a glance.
Membership to the site requires annual membership dues/fees and the following refund policy applies:
